TYT Terms and Conditions
TYT Service Fee– Non-Refundable
Initial quotes: are free of charge and include a minimum of 2- 3 options. Additional quotes require a one-time $25 non-refundable deposit that goes toward your booking if you decide to book with us.
Pre-booking fees: Pre-bookings that have not received payments and/ or communication within 30 days will require a $50 reinstatement fee.
Personalized Website/Guest Tracking: not offered for bookings less than 30 days away from departure date.
Rush Fees: The following fees will be applied to any travel with a departure date of less than 30 days from initial contact of your travel request. These fees are in addition to regular TYT service fees:
- Local travel = $75
- International travel =$125
- Personalized Itinerary = $150
Balances may be updated to reflect changes in rate where applicable.
The parties hereby agree as follows: The agent agrees to work on behalf of the client and engage in booking tickets, rooms, transport services, invitation management, and or any other travel-related services. for the company with the objective of expanding its customer base. 2. Duties 2.1.Duties of the Agent 2.1.1. Find affordable flight/transport and accommodations. 2.1.2. Provide and or book travel arrangements from airport to accommodation(s) 2.1.3. Provide background on local culture, things to do, see. 2.1.4. Provide what to pack tips and baggage fee and information 5. Create a custom itinerary and book reservations for requested services such as spas, cultural events, dining, car service etc. * Only applies to selected itinerary package. 6. 24 emergency contact 2. Duties of the Client 1. Responsiveness to agents’ emails and phone calls. 2. Client is agents main and only Point of Contact unless another is designated by client and agreed upon by all parties 3. Notify agent of any changes in reservation or guest count immediately (24hrs) 4. Ensure all payments are made on or before due dates. 5. Responsible for any and all returned items fees and nonsufficient fund fees. 6. Client is to ensure that payment is received from all members of his/her vacation party. 2. Terms of Booking 3.1. Booking requests shall be made by completing a quote request form. 2.2. Research and/or bookings commence upon cleared receipt of client’s deposit. 2.3. The Agent regrets that if the payment is not received on time as per clause 2.2.4. the booking will be canceled, and nonrefundable deposit will not be reissued to client. 2.4. In the event of group booking when an individual drops out and price is dependent upon the per person rate, client and/or clients party will be responsible for paying the remaining balance caused by the exiting individual. 3. Terms of Payment 4.1. Agent must receive all payments on or before due dates. TYT may allow a grace period prior to canceling a booking due to nonpayment; however final payments have no grace period and all fees must be paid in full, with no exceptions. 4.2. All payments must be made electronically or via phone, via PayPal or Stripe system. 4.3. All deposits/TYT service fees are non-refundable and must be received prior to any research or bookings-outside of those that qualify for a free quote. 4.. Expedited service fee will be applied to vacation requests made less than 30 days from first day of travel. 5. Liabilities 1. Agent will not be held liable for any cancelations or fees associated with cancelation due to actions or lack of caused by client or member of clients’ vacation party. 2. Agent will not be held liable for any charges incurred by client or clients vacation party once vacation commences, i.e., extra baggage fees, security deposits, destruction of property etc. 3. Agent is not held liable for any price changes prior to funds being received and rates locked in. Origin of entry/exit Acknowledgment: Taylor Your Travels is not responsible for any origin of entry/exit requirements or COVID requirements. All guests must be responsible for any and all entry/exit requirements guidelines, policies, and procedures.
